It looks like we are ready for another long weekend! As if the holiday weren't enough.

I know that we do not get enough off-time in our society. But, I guess I'm just a workaholic. Heavy Hearts is my passion project, and I want to see it become big.

So I will be writing a bit more about the inner working of the dev process for you.

Pixel Game Maker MV is the choice engine for me. It has its limitations, on things such as string variables (name inputs) and lighting & optimization, but it makes up for it in dev time - which I know is a big deal.

First, the roadmap moving forward.

Sexy CG. Yup, I know. It's core to the game and Cheka is very passionate about the quality of the work. We have redone the Orc sexy scene. The original one that was in 0.2.5 just didn't cut it for me, so it is being replaced by a much better quality version. The old one will still be available via Bonus Footage in the newly implemented CG Gallery! The CG Gallery unlocks after completing the Orc Villa. All you have to do is go back to Luccia's "house" and interact with the chair. 

The next thing will be a test. The battle scenes are a big departure from the lewd story. I love battles, and one tough challenge I have to overcome is ensuring that the game has enough eroticism in it. Battles kind of ruin that! So, I want to ensure that each section has enough story-rich elements to it. I also want to ensure that the sexy moment's arent broken up by fights, and ruin the eroticism. But--- this is a lewd game after all! So I wanted to put minilewds into the battles via a short QTE. These lewds are really meant to just be fun.

Aside from QoL Changes, I am toying with various ideas of bringing in the next stage.

The next location will be an area ruled by the Lycanthrope people. Werewolves, Gnolls, and Dogs everywhere... but they still don't like humans! But that does not mean that the Orc Villa will not get expanded as a matter of fact, I want to ensure that there are multiple paths to follow in each village.
